Prevalência de complicações em cateter venoso central pediátrico

Avaliar a prevalência e tempo na ocorrência das complicações relacionadas à manutenção dos cateteres venosos centrais em população pediátrica. Estudo de coorte, observacional, prospectivo, realizado no Complexo Hospital Clínicas da Universidade Federal do Paraná. A estudo foi composta por crianças adolescentes que tiveram cateter venoso central inserido, totalizando amostra com 79 participantes. coleta dados realizada, junho 2018 outubro 2019, diariamente, através instrumento participantes cateteres. análise realizada estatística descritiva. As remoções não eletivas corresponderam 41,77%, sendo predominantes infecção (13,92%) obstrução (11,39%). O entre inserção dispositivos complicação ocorreu sua maioria o 8º 14º dia (35,44%). taxas correspondem ao encontrado literatura permitem atuação mais assertiva para paciente pediátricos.

 Abstract: To assess the prevalence and timing related to maintenance catheters patients.
